video_reader-rs depends on FFmpeg, which can be built with various license configurations, but is LGPL-licensed in the format used for this build. The built wheel includes FFmpeg shared objects along with some for bzip2, liblzma, libXau, and libxcb. This is slightly different from the upstream build, which relies on a bundled version of FFmpeg that is not publicly available.
